The Siren Hotel, Detroit – Design by ASH Hotels

“ASH Hotels is developing The Siren Hotel, an early 20th century Renaissance Revival building in downtown Detroit, which once housed the famous Wurlitzer Company. The planned redevelopment, with an estimated project cost of $21 million, will require a comprehensive historic restoration and breathe new life into what is currently a blighted landmark that has remained vacant for several decades. The Siren will have 106 guest rooms, in addition to a carefully curated food, beverage, and retail program, including one of Detroit’s only rooftop bars with views into Comerica Park.”
